The short answer
Navien OptiSleep is the value pick and the best all-season option — it is the only one of the three that ships a dedicated warming cover alongside the cooling one, reaches 113°F, splits Queen and King into two independent 1°F circuits, and never charges you again. Eight Sleep remains the choice if you want the bed to make decisions for you — biometric sensing, an Autopilot that adjusts overnight, and an ecosystem of base, pillow cover and blanket — provided you accept the membership. Orion is the narrowest of the three: solid static cooling, an interesting one-night diagnostic, but no true dual-zone and no evolving software.

Temperature control
Navien has the widest published range and the only dedicated warming cover. Eight Sleep goes colder at the bottom end and adjusts itself. Orion is cooling-first with no independent sides.
Intelligence
Eight Sleep wins outright: continuous sensing and overnight auto-adjustment. Navien is deliberately manual. Orion's patch test is a one-time snapshot rather than ongoing data.
Which should you buy?
