Casper's limited warranty covers mattresses for ten years for the original purchaser located in the United States or Canada. Casper publishes separate warranty terms for pillows, sheets, duvets, toppers, furniture and adjustable bases, so check the section that matches what you bought rather than assuming one term covers everything.
THE SAG THRESHOLD. Casper covers deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag resulting from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base.
THE SUPPORT CONDITION. Normal wear requires the mattress to be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of mattress, base and sleepers. That word continuously matters: a base that is fine when new but bows under load a few years in is the brand's exit from a claim.
WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT MATTERS. The warranty extends to the original purchaser who bought from Casper or a Casper-authorised retailer. A third-party marketplace listing from an unknown seller may leave you outside the warranty entirely.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED. Stains and unsanitary condition, physical abuse, and comfort preference. As everywhere in this category, not liking the feel is a trial-period question, not a warranty question.
COSTS. Casper's mattress warranty page does not publish a claim shipping or inspection fee. Ask for any charge in writing when you open the claim rather than assuming there is none.
ADJUSTABLE BASES ARE SEPARATE. Metal frame components of a Casper adjustable base are warranted against defects in equipment or materials for up to ten years from purchase, with Casper assisting in arranging repair or replacement. Electronics and other parts can carry shorter terms — read the base section before you file.
