WHAT WE CAN VERIFY. The lifetime full replacement claim itself appears on WinkBeds' own product pages, alongside the 120-night risk-free trial. That is the extent of what we could read directly from WinkBeds' own published pages at the time of writing.
WHAT WE CANNOT VERIFY. The indentation depth that qualifies as a defect, whether any proration applies in later years, the slat spacing and centre-support requirements, who pays shipping or inspection on a claim, and the transferability rule. Other review sites publish figures for these; we have not repeated them here because we could not confirm them against a WinkBeds document.
WHY THAT MATTERS. Every one of those unverified items is exactly where warranty claims are won or lost. A lifetime full replacement warranty with a 1.5-inch threshold and a 4-inch slat rule behaves very differently from one with no published threshold at all, and the difference only becomes visible when you are the one filing.
WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU BUY. Ask WinkBeds customer service, in writing, for three things: the current warranty document as a PDF, the exact indentation depth that qualifies, and the foundation specification your model requires.
