Walmart is the cheapest way into an adjustable base and the one where the fine print matters most: who the seller is decides whether you get 90 days to change your mind or 30.

Most items bought in store or online from 1 October through 31 December are returnable until 31 January, with marketplace seller participation varying.
Once the 90 days pass, the manufacturer's frame and motor warranty is the only cover left — which is why the warranty length on the SKU matters more here than at a warehouse club.

Walmart's standard policy gives you 90 days from purchase or receipt on most items, but a base sold and shipped by a marketplace seller rather than by Walmart may carry only 30 days. The seller line on the listing decides which window you get, so read it before the price.
Price alone does not tell you. What separates a base that lasts from one that does not is weight capacity, motor count and the length of the frame and motor warranty — all three are published on the listing, and all three are in our table above for the bases we review in the same price band.
Delivery terms are set per listing and many low-cost bases arrive kerbside in a carton you assemble yourself. Most modern bases are tool-free and snap together, but a king is a two-person lift regardless.
The main practical difference is the shorter 30-day return window and that Walmart states items bought from dealers or resellers rather than from Walmart directly are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. If the base is the marketplace kind, the manufacturer's warranty carries more of the risk.
Ninety days is shorter than most brands' own sleep trials, and a brand handles its own warranty claim without a retailer in between. Walmart wins on price and speed; direct wins on trial length and on access to the upper-tier models retailers rarely carry.
