Our Ratings
Our Review
The DreamCloud Adjustable Base hits a sweet spot between budget bases and premium options, packing massage, USB ports, and under-bed LED lighting into a sub-$800 package. Where the Nectar base strips down to essentials, DreamCloud loads up on features you'd normally find on $1,200+ models. The dual-zone vibration massage (head and foot) has three intensity levels — not as refined as the roller massage on the Symphony ES700, but effective for relaxation before sleep. Dual USB-A ports on each side are convenient for charging, and the soft under-bed LED lighting is genuinely useful for midnight navigation. We have not measured motor noise on either base, so we make no noise comparison between them. The 750 lb capacity and 65° head incline give it a slight edge over the Nectar in specs. The 5-year warranty provides decent coverage, and the 50-night trial (same as Nectar) gives you time to test it. For sleepers who want more than basics without jumping to $1,500+, the DreamCloud base is an excellent middle ground.
