DreamCloud's Forever Warranty runs on the same structure as sister brand Nectar, with one detail worth noting: within the first ten years the remedy is a brand new DreamCloud mattress of equal or greater value, at no charge.
YEARS 1–10. Full replacement with a new mattress of equal or greater value, handled through DreamCloud's return request process.
YEAR 10 ONWARD. Repair or replacement at DreamCloud's option, with a $50 shipping fee each way that is waived when DreamCloud confirms a defect.
THE SAG THRESHOLD. Deterioration causing a visible indentation greater than one and one half inches (1.5"), provided it is not associated with sag resulting from an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base.
THE SUPPORT CONDITION. The mattress must be used on a firm, solid surface such as a bed base structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and sleepers for the entirety of its use. Normal wear requires continuous support — a slat that sags takes the mattress and the claim with it.
WHO IS COVERED. Original purchaser only, non-transferable, from the original purchase date. Proof of original purchase is required, and the mattress must be returned with its cover.
IF YOU BOUGHT IT ELSEWHERE. The warranty covers purchases from DreamCloud and DreamCloud-authorised retailers. Keep the invoice from whichever seller you used, and confirm the seller is authorised before buying from a marketplace.
