Our Take on the Helix Labor Day Sale
Helix has run a 25%+ sitewide Labor Day promotion every year since 2020, and the discount has crept up each cycle — 27% in 2025, with 30% expected for 2026. Unlike brands that discount only select models, Helix applies the same percentage across Midnight, Sunset, Twilight, Dawn, and the entire Luxe series.
The Helix Midnight Luxe (9.0/10, our top couples pick) is the model to watch: a Queen typically lands near $1,700 during Labor Day. Helix's quiz-based firmness matching makes it our default recommendation when two sleepers disagree on feel.
Labor Day is also the best window for the GlacioTex Cooling Cover upgrade, which is usually discounted alongside the mattress rather than charged at full price as an add-on.
Two free Helix Dream pillows ($250 retail value) with every mattress purchase.

Should You Buy Helix This Labor Day?
Buy it if
- You and your partner disagree on firmness — Helix's model range solves this better than any rival
- You want a cooling cover upgrade; Labor Day is when GlacioTex is discounted rather than added at full price
- You want a hybrid under $1,700 in Queen with real coil support
Skip it if
- You want to try before you buy in a store; Helix is largely online-only
- You want a single obviously-correct model — the lineup takes homework
Our verdict
The percentage applies across every model, so pick on feel rather than price. Midnight Luxe for couples and side sleepers; Dawn Luxe for back sleepers who want firmer support.
