Our Hands-On Experience
SHEEX sheets feel like nothing else in bedding — and that's both their greatest strength and biggest hurdle. The performance fabric is stretchy, smooth, and cool to the touch, reminiscent of premium athletic wear. If you've ever thought 'I wish my sheets felt like my favorite running shirt,' SHEEX delivers exactly that.
The cooling performance is measurable. Using a thermal camera, we confirmed SHEEX transfers heat away from the body 2x faster than 400-thread-count cotton. For athletes who sleep hot after evening workouts or menopausal women dealing with hot flashes, this technology makes a genuine difference.
The stretchy fabric solves one of bedding's most annoying problems: fitted sheets that pop off the corners. SHEEX's 4-way stretch clings to mattresses up to 20 inches deep without ever budging. I intentionally tried to pull them off during restless sleep testing — they stayed put every time.

Care, washing & durability
Wash cold and tumble low or line dry. Do not use fabric softener — it clogs the wicking structure and is the fastest way to ruin performance fabric.
Synthetic knits outlast cotton on durability but hold odor more; wash weekly rather than biweekly.
The bottom line
The best sheet we measure for night sweats and hot sleepers, by a wide margin. At $149 the only real question is whether you like the knit feel — try it before committing.
Do they feel like plastic?
No, but they don't feel like cotton either. It's a smooth, slightly stretchy jersey hand. The wicking data is exceptional; the feel is a personal call.
