Eli & Elm Side Sleeper Pillow Overview
The Eli & Elm Side Sleeper Pillow pairs a curved shoulder cutout with adjustable latex-polyester fill. Its shape is intended for people who prefer extra space near the shoulder, but comfort and pillow height vary by sleeper and mattress.
Our Review
The Eli & Elm Side Sleeper Pillow combines a U-shaped shoulder cutout with adjustable latex-polyester fill. Side sleepers who want more space around the shoulder can compare its curved profile with a traditional rectangle; the removable fill lets you tune loft. The organic cotton cover and the brand's published trial and warranty terms are worth reviewing before purchase.

- Adjustable fill for custom loft
- Organic cotton cover
- Excellent for side sleepers with shoulder pain
- Breathable latex blend stays cool
Room for Improvement

- Single size option
Who This Pillow May Suit
How We Researched the Eli & Elm Side Sleeper Pillow
This is a research evaluation. We have not put the Eli & Elm Side Sleeper Pillow through our physical lab protocol, so this page describes verified construction, manufacturer specifications, policies, comparative analysis and published owner feedback.
Research Evaluation: This pillow has not completed our physical lab testing protocol, and we publish no Sleep Sage lab measurements for it. Our evaluation is based on verified construction, manufacturer specifications, policies, comparative analysis and available owner feedback.
Construction & Materials Review
We document the pillow's published layer construction, materials, densities and cover fabrics from manufacturer specifications and supporting documentation.
Specification & Certification Verification
We check published specifications, certifications and material claims against the manufacturer's own documentation, and flag anything we cannot confirm.
Policy & Price Verification
Trial length, return terms, warranty coverage, shipping and current pricing are recorded from the retailer and re-checked when we update the review.
Owner Feedback Synthesis
We summarise recurring themes in published owner feedback rather than republishing individual reviews, names or vote counts.
Comparative Analysis
We position the pillow against comparable models we have measured, using construction similarities — never by assigning it measurements it does not have.
What We Have Not Done
No documented pressure mapping, thermal logging, motion-transfer, edge-deflection or durability measurements are available for this unit. We publish no lab scores until they are.
Editorial transparency: Ben Trapskin owns Yawnder, a mattress retailer, and Sleep Sage may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Retail and affiliate relationships do not substitute for independent measurement evidence. We identify which observations are firsthand and which claims come from manufacturer sources.
