The Saatva Latex Pillow combines shredded Talalay latex for responsive, airy support with an organic cotton cover. The shredded fill is adjustable — remove some to lower the loft. Talalay latex is naturally cooling, hypoallergenic, and far more durable than memory foam or down alternative fills.
Our Hands-On Experience
Shredded Talalay latex sits between a solid latex pillow and a shredded memory foam one: it has latex's springiness and airflow but can be redistributed and adjusted like fill. For sleepers who found solid latex too firm and shredded foam too dead, this is the middle option.
Airflow is the standout. Latex does not store heat the way viscoelastic foam does, and the pieces leave channels between them, so the pillow ran cool through our entire test cycle without any gel or phase-change marketing attached.
At $165 it is priced with Saatva's usual premium, and the outer pillow cover adds bulk that some sleepers found excessive at first. It is the best choice for hot sleepers who want adjustability without memory foam's heat retention.

The organic cotton cover is removable and machine washable. The latex core is not washable and shouldn't be compressed for storage.
