The Snorinator is a structured positional-therapy pillow that holds the head and upper spine semi-upright to keep the airway open. It helps positional snorers; persistent snoring in every position warrants clinical assessment.
Our Review
The Snorinator takes a completely different approach to snoring: instead of propping your head on a conventional pillow, it holds your entire upper body in a slightly upright, reclined position — the same posture doctors recommend for keeping airways open and reducing positional snoring and mild sleep apnea symptoms. It comes in three sizes matched to your height, which matters — a proper fit keeps the cervical spine aligned rather than just tilting the head forward. In testing, it worked best for positional snorers and back sleepers who snore primarily when flat; dedicated side sleepers found the upright posture took a week or two to adapt to. It's firm by design — this is a positional therapy device, not a plush pillow — and the upright angle also earns it fans among acid reflux and GERD sufferers who'd otherwise need a wedge. At $159.99 it costs more than a wedge pillow, but the contoured support is substantially more comfortable for all-night use.
