Where to put it
Placement changes performance more than most feature upgrades:
- Near the bed, not across the room — you want the clean-air zone where you breathe.
- A few feet of clearance on the intake sides; never flush against a wall or behind furniture.
- Run it with the bedroom door closed at night for a real effect; a whole open hallway dilutes it.
- Keep it running continuously on a low setting rather than blasting it for an hour before bed.
