The Dosaze Contoured Orthopedic Pillow takes the cervical-contour concept mainstream with a single well-executed design: a wave-shaped memory foam core with a raised cervical roll that cradles the natural curve of your neck while the center depression cradles the head. Unlike most contour pillows, the Dosaze works reasonably for both back and side sleepers thanks to slightly raised side wings, and the foam density is tuned soft enough to avoid the concrete feel of older Tempur-style contours. In our neck-pain testing it reduced reported morning stiffness for most back sleepers within the first two weeks, though the fixed shape means there's an adjustment period if you're coming from a fluffy pillow — and it simply won't work for stomach sleepers. The bamboo-blend cover washes well and the CertiPUR-US foam off-gassed minimally. At $119.99 with a 60-night trial, it's a strong value against the $150+ Tempur Ergo Neck.
