Our Review
Brooklinen's Marlow Pillow offers Coop-level adjustability at nearly half the price. A two-zone gusset (cotton on top, cooling mesh on the sides) lets you flip the pillow for cool or warm preference. The shredded foam-microfiber blend can be added or removed via the inner zipper to fine-tune loft. The 365-night trial removes purchase risk entirely.
Our Hands-On Experience
Marlow's adjustment mechanism is different from every other pillow here: side zippers open vents that change airflow and firmness without removing any fill. Zipped closed it is medium and supportive; fully open it softens noticeably and breathes more.
That is a real advantage for people who dislike handling loose fill, which is the main friction point with Coop-style pillows. Adjustment takes seconds and is reversible, so you can change it seasonally.
The range of adjustment is narrower than a remove-the-fill pillow — you cannot make it genuinely low-profile. At $65 it is the pillow we recommend to people who want some tunability with none of the mess, especially back sleepers and average-build side sleepers.

Care, washing & durability
Machine washable cover; the foam core is spot clean only. The phase-change finish on the cover survives cold washes but degrades with hot water — wash cold, always.
Three firmness settings, no loose fill to store, and no refills to buy. Simpler to live with than a shredded pillow, at the cost of a narrower adjustment range.
The bottom line
The easiest adjustable pillow to actually use. Narrower range than the Coop or Layla, but nothing to spill, and the phase-change cover measurably helps. Good pick for someone who wants adjustability without the mess.
