Our Hands-On Experience
This is a therapeutic pillow, not a comfort pillow, and the distinction matters. The pronounced cervical ridge holds the neck in a specific position all night, which is exactly what some people with cervical issues need and exactly what most other sleepers find intolerable for the first week.
Solid TEMPUR material means the contour never deforms; unlike shredded-fill ergonomic pillows, the support you get in month twelve is the support you got on night one. Back sleepers benefit most, since the ridge is designed around a supine head position.
It sleeps warm, it is firm, and it is unsuitable for stomach sleepers. At $109 it is worth trying if you wake with neck stiffness on a conventional pillow and are prepared to adapt to a structured shape.
