Eli & Elm CPAP Pillow Overview
The Eli & Elm CPAP Pillow uses a U-shaped cutout and adjustable latex-polyester fill, making it the strongest CPAP option for dedicated side sleepers who need precise loft control.
Our Review
The Eli & Elm CPAP pillow uses a U-shaped cutout design that gives your CPAP mask and hose plenty of room while cradling your head. The latex-polyester fill is adjustable, letting you add or remove fill to find your ideal loft. It's particularly excellent for side sleepers who struggle with mask leaks.
What We Love
- U-shaped cutout accommodates all mask types
- Adjustable fill for custom loft
- Organic cotton cover
- Excellent for side sleepers
- Breathable latex blend stays cool
Room for Improvement
- Higher price point for a CPAP pillow
- U-shape not ideal for back sleepers
- Fill can shift and need redistribution
Who This Pillow May Suit
How We Researched the Eli & Elm CPAP Pillow
This is a research evaluation. We have not put the Eli & Elm CPAP Pillow through our physical lab protocol, so this page describes verified construction, manufacturer specifications, policies, comparative analysis and published owner feedback.
Research Evaluation: This pillow has not completed our physical lab testing protocol, and we publish no Sleep Sage lab measurements for it. Our evaluation is based on verified construction, manufacturer specifications, policies, comparative analysis and available owner feedback.
Construction & Materials Review
We document the pillow's published layer construction, materials, densities and cover fabrics from manufacturer specifications and supporting documentation.
Specification & Certification Verification
We check published specifications, certifications and material claims against the manufacturer's own documentation, and flag anything we cannot confirm.
Policy & Price Verification
Trial length, return terms, warranty coverage, shipping and current pricing are recorded from the retailer and re-checked when we update the review.
Owner Feedback Synthesis
We summarise recurring themes in published owner feedback rather than republishing individual reviews, names or vote counts.
Comparative Analysis
We position the pillow against comparable models we have measured, using construction similarities — never by assigning it measurements it does not have.
What We Have Not Done
No documented pressure mapping, thermal logging, motion-transfer, edge-deflection or durability measurements are available for this unit. We publish no lab scores until they are.
Editorial transparency: Ben Trapskin owns Yawnder, a mattress retailer, and Sleep Sage may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Retail and affiliate relationships do not substitute for independent measurement evidence. We identify which observations are firsthand and which claims come from manufacturer sources.
