The EnduriMed CPAP Pillow is a budget-friendly option that doesn't skimp on CPAP-specific features. It has four mask-friendly cutouts (two on each side) to reduce mask pressure and leaks regardless of sleeping position. The memory foam provides consistent neck and head support throughout the night.
Our Hands-On Experience
Four cutouts instead of two is the practical difference here: you get mask clearance in more head positions, which matters if you switch sides during the night. For a pillow under $40 that is a surprisingly thoughtful design.
The memory foam contour supports the neck adequately but runs warm, and it arrives with the chemical smell typical of budget foam — plan on airing it out for 48 hours before first use.
Durability is where the price shows. Expect the foam to soften within about a year of nightly use versus three to five for the TEMPUR CPAP pillow. It is the right buy for trialling whether a CPAP-specific pillow helps before spending three times as much.

At under $40 this pillow is a steal. The cutouts work great with my ResMed full-face mask. Sure, it's not luxury, but it does the job perfectly.
