The Technogel Contour pillow features a specially designed curve for the neck area that promotes spinal alignment. Available in multiple heights to match your sleep position, it combines signature Technogel® cooling with targeted neck support.
Our Hands-On Experience
The Technogel Contour sits between the classic Deluxe shape and the aggressive Anatomic contour. Its curved neck area provides gentle cervical support without the steep learning curve of the Anatomic. This makes it the Technogel pillow I'd recommend to most people as a starting point.
Available in thin, medium, and thick profiles, you can match the pillow height to your sleep position — thin for stomach sleepers (though still not ideal), medium for back sleepers, thick for side sleepers. The ability to choose height partially compensates for the non-adjustable fill.
The signature Technogel cooling is present and effective. The stretch knit cover breathes well and the gel layer maintains temperature neutrality. At $190 it's the most affordable Technogel pillow, making it the best entry point into the brand's cooling technology.

Great neck support without overheating
I've tried memory foam contour pillows before but they all slept hot. This one stays cool and the contour is just right — not too aggressive.

$190 is a lot for a low-loft pillow, but for smaller-framed back sleepers the alternatives usually overshoot loft badly.
