Our Hands-On Experience
The TEMPUR-Neck is the most polarizing pillow we test. Its firm 7/10 contour with dual lobes is genuinely therapeutic for people whose neck pain traces to poor overnight alignment, and genuinely unpleasant for everyone else. There is very little middle ground.
Give it two weeks. Every tester who ultimately liked it disliked it on night one; the shape works by preventing the head positions you are used to, and that feels wrong before it feels better. Two of our four testers with chronic neck stiffness reported clear improvement by day ten.
