Our long-term sleep log
60 nights with a side sleeper who had been using a down pillow and wanted more support.
Night 1
Noticeable new-foam smell for two nights — longer off-gassing than anything else in this round.
Week 1
Firmer than expected; the tester needed four nights to adapt to a pillow that doesn't compress under an elbow.
Week 3
Neck soreness the tester had blamed on their mattress went away. Heat became the standing complaint.

Care, washing & durability
The knit cover unzips and machine washes; the foam core is spot clean only and must never be submerged. A wet TEMPUR core is a ruined TEMPUR core.
Five-year warranty, and the foam density suggests it will comfortably outlast it. The realistic replacement trigger here is hygiene, not sag.
The bottom line
Superb support and shape retention, and the warmest pillow in this round at a 7.2°F rise. Buy it for the cradle and the durability; skip it if you run hot or want to be able to adjust the loft.
