The cover material, while not explicitly branded, felt durable enough to hold up for years, though it wasn't as soft to the touch as some pricier models I've tested, like the Saatva Classic. I didn't detect any off-gassing odors, which was a pleasant surprise, especially compared to some all-foam beds I've unrolled previously.
As a side sleeper who occasionally rotates to my back, I found the 6.5/10 firmness rating to be quite accurate. My hips and shoulders sank just enough to relieve pressure, and I measured about 1.5 inches of sinkage when lying on my side. Crucially, my partner, who's a stomach sleeper, noticed a significant improvement in lower back support compared to our old, softer memory foam bed.
