It stacks GOLS-certified organic latex over a pocket-coil base inside an organic cotton and wool cover, and — the part that matters — the latex layers are user-swappable. If you buy medium and it sleeps too soft after two months, you order a firmer layer instead of returning a 120-pound mattress.
