Latex vs. memory foam: the real difference
Memory foam responds slowly and cradles — you sleep 'in' it. Latex responds instantly and supports — you sleep 'on' it. Combination sleepers who change positions all night strongly prefer latex because it never fights their movement.
Latex also sleeps noticeably cooler: its open-cell structure and molded pin-holes move air with every shift in weight. Hot sleepers who want foam-like pressure relief without the heat almost always land on latex.
