For parents who obsess over what their children are exposed to, this is the obvious choice.
The Avocado is noticeably firmer — a solid 7/10 with no option to adjust. It's excellent for back and stomach sleepers but may feel rigid for side-sleeping kids. The 7.5-inch low profile is a genuine advantage for bunk beds and trundles where height limits matter.
At $679 on sale, it's the most affordable certified organic kids' hybrid I've found. The build quality is impressive for the price — the organic latex has good bounce, the coils provide proper zoned support, and the organic cotton cover feels premium. Peace of mind for my kids' health
After researching kids' mattress certifications for weeks, the Avocado Eco Kids was the clear winner. GOTS, GOLS, OEKO-TEX, EWG, MADE SAFE — no other kids' mattress comes close on certifications. My 6-year-old loves it.
Perfect height for bunk beds
