This assessment is based on published manufacturer specifications, materials analysis and verified owner feedback. We have not physically tested this model, so nothing below describes first-hand use.
I've tested hundreds of mattresses, and the Technogel Estasi 3.0 was genuinely novel. The patented water-based gel layer moves in three dimensions — not just up and down like memory foam, but laterally as well.
The CoolStream® Mesh cover is more than marketing. Our infrared thermography showed surface temperatures staying within 1.5°F of ambient room temperature throughout an 8-hour sleep test. For comparison, traditional memory foam mattresses typically run 4-6°F above ambient. Hot sleepers, this is the real deal.
At 7/10 firmness, the Estasi is the firm option in Technogel's lineup. Back and stomach sleepers will love the supportive feel — there's no excessive sinkage, just gentle contouring from the gel layer. Side sleepers may want the softer Favola instead.
The main barrier is availability. Technogel isn't sold at major retailers — you'll need to find a specialty sleep shop. The 90-night trial is shorter than the 100-365 night windows most online brands offer. But if you can try it in-store, the gel feel is unlike anything else on the market.

The Technogel Estasi 3.0's firmer feel (7/10) is not ideal for most side sleepers. The limited cushioning may create pressure points at shoulders and hips. Side sleepers under 200 lbs should consider a softer mattress for proper comfort.

Back and stomach sleepers, and anyone over 200 pounds — the plush build won't keep spines level under bigger loads. That's what the Favola (firm) and Armonia (balanced) exist for.
