Can you really change the firmness of a Botanical Bliss?
Yes. The organic cotton cover unzips and the individual latex layers can be reordered — putting the softer layer on top makes it plusher, and moving it below the firmer layer makes it firmer. It takes two people about fifteen minutes.
Talalay or Dunlop latex?
Dunlop is denser and more supportive, which is why PlushBeds uses it in support cores. Talalay is lighter and more pressure-relieving, so it appears in comfort layers. Botanical Bliss uses both, and which layer sits on top changes the feel.
Is PlushBeds worth the price over Birch or Avocado?
It is if you want post-purchase adjustability or a split-firmness queen/king. If you are confident about your firmness preference, Birch and Avocado deliver similar organic-latex performance for less.
