How does the Comfort+ kit work?
After 30 nights, if the mattress feels too firm or too soft, Novosbed ships a free foam layer that zips into the cover under the top panel. It changes the effective firmness by roughly one point on a 10-point scale in either direction.
Which Novosbed firmness should I order?
Medium suits most back and combination sleepers. Soft is for side sleepers under about 200 lb. Firm is for stomach sleepers and heavier back sleepers. If you are torn, order the middle option — the Comfort+ kit can move it either way.
Does Novosbed sleep hot?
It is an all-foam memory-foam bed, so it retains more heat than a hybrid. The Tencel cover helps at the surface, but hot sleepers should consider a coil-based bed instead.
