FLOWT replaces that with a spiral support element that compresses along its axis while leaving the space around it open, so warm air can move sideways out of the bed instead of pooling under the sleeper.

In practice this shows up two ways. The surface returns to neutral temperature faster after you move, and the bed feels more responsive than a comparable pocketed-coil hybrid — there is less of the damped, cushioned sensation and more spring. If you are coming off memory foam, expect an adjustment period of a week or two.

King Koil beds are sold primarily through retail partners, so the trial period and return policy come from the retailer, not the manufacturer. 120 nights is common but not universal — ask, and get it in writing, because a comfort exchange fee of 10–15% is standard.

The warranty is 10 years non-prorated against manufacturing defects, with the usual sagging threshold of 1.5 inches measured with no weight on the bed. Keep the law tag and use a proper foundation or the claim will be denied.
