The GhostBed Natural is GhostBed's eco-friendly flagship, combining GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex, GOTS-certified organic cotton, and natural New Zealand wool with individually wrapped coils. The Dunlop latex provides firm, responsive support with natural breathability, while the wool acts as a natural fire barrier and moisture-wicking layer. It's one of the most affordable organic hybrid mattresses on the market — significantly undercutting Avocado and Birch at comparable quality.

The seams were tight, and the overall fit and finish suggested a mattress built to last, especially for its $1599 price point.
While it's an excellent organic option, the GhostBed Natural isn't for everyone. Its 6.0/10 firmness might be too soft for dedicated stomach sleepers who need robust hip support, especially those over 220 lbs. Also, if you prefer the deep contouring hug of a traditional memory foam bed, this latex hybrid's more responsive feel might not be what you're looking for.
The GhostBed Natural truly delivers on value, offering an organic hybrid at a price point that significantly undercuts competitors like the Avocado Green by over $500 for a queen size.
