While the cooling performance is top-tier, the motion isolation is so effective that it almost feels like sleeping on separate beds, which might not be ideal for couples who like to feel connected. Also, the deep contouring of the TEMPUR material makes repositioning a bit slower than on an innerspring or hybrid, taking about 3-5 seconds to fully sink in. At its $4999 price point, it's a significant investment, and sleepers who prefer a bouncy, responsive feel might find it too 'stuck' for their preference.
Considering the 10-year warranty and the 90-night trial period, it allows ample time to assess if the advanced cooling and pressure relief justify the cost. It's a premium product with premium performance, especially against its promise of up to 8° cooler.

The LUXEbreeze is 13 inches and stacks four cooling interventions. A cool-to-the-touch SmartClimate Dual Cover sits over a phase-change layer, then a ventilated TEMPUR-CM+ comfort layer engineered with airflow channels, then TEMPUR-APR+ pressure-relief material, over the support core.
This is the only Tempur build where the cooling is structural rather than a surface treatment. The airflow channels in the CM+ layer are what separate it from the PRObreeze, and they are why the LUXEbreeze holds its advantage past hour three of a night rather than only at first contact.

If you sleep at a normal temperature, buy the ProAdapt. The feel, the motion isolation and the durability are the same; you would be paying $2,000 for a problem you do not have.
The third option worth weighing is the Eight Sleep Pod on a cheaper mattress: active cooling beats passive cooling outright, but it adds a pump, a hub, an annual subscription and a device that can fail. Passive has no failure mode.
